GDBD-(10-300V)/150A Battery Discharge Load Bank Tester
General Information
GDBD series Battery Load Bank are for battery discharge experiment, capacity test, battery string maintenance, project checkup and acceptance, and DC power load test.
The new PTC ceramic resistor is used as the discharge load in the power consumption part of the battery discharge load bank, which completely avoids the red heat phenomenon and is safe, reliable and pollution-free. The whole machine is controlled by microprocessor, LCD and English menu. The appearance design is novel, small volume, light weight and easy to move. After setting various discharge parameters, the whole constant current discharge process is automatically completed. Fully intelligent. Make the whole discharge process safer. It is especially suitable for battery acceptance, checking discharge test and regular deep discharge.

Features
- With multi voltage discharge function: 10-300V wide voltage design, a single machine can meet the discharge test of battery pack with various voltage levels, and the voltage can be adjusted continuously.
- With constant current discharge function: constant current discharge current continuously adjustable, accurate measurement of battery capacity.
- It has many alarm functions: test current over or below the set value, voltage above or below the set value, polarity reversal, over temperature, short circuit over-current, fan fault, etc. The instrument can alarm automatically and stop discharging.
- With remote control discharge function: after the PC software and the discharge tester are connected through RS485 communication line, the PC can control the discharge.
- 7″ touch screen LCD supporting menu operation;
- With USB interface, user can read the storage records by U disk, and can work on a single machine without carrying a computer; can print reports by computer in the future.
- With 2G large capacity internal data storage space, which solves the trouble of forgetting U disk when going out for test.
- PTC ceramic resistor is used to avoid the red heat phenomenon and make the whole discharge process safer.
- The internal controller uses dual CPUs to work together to ensure the safety, reliability and accuracy of the test. When one CPU fails, the other CPU will give an alarm and execute the shutdown program.
- The internal memory device is designed with FLASH ROM, and the memory data in the host will not be lost when the power is cut off suddenly or not used for a long time.
- With backstage analysis software, it can view the curve of each unit in the process of battery discharge and charging, and automatically import the measurement data into word format, which is convenient for grassroots engineers to make test reports and effectively manage historical data.
- Appearance design: single hand design, solid and reliable. The panel adopts the front inclined plate design, easy to read, beautiful and generous.
